Welcome

Welcome to our hair regrowth clinic in Malta. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Services

We offer non-surgical hair regrowth services including PRP Follicle Reactivation Therapy, Exosome Hair Scalp Complex, Scalp Imaging & Density Mapping, and the ScalpRx prescription protocol in collaboration with a licensed pharmacy.

Medical Consultation

Patients must undergo a medical consultation with Dr. Giovanni Scornavacca prior to receiving any hair regrowth service. This may include medical history review, scalp imaging, and physical examination.

Treatment Risks and Benefits

We provide full information on the potential risks, benefits, and alternatives to all proposed treatments. Patients must confirm they understand this information before proceeding.

Payment

Payment for hair regrowth services is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit cards.

Cancellation and No-Shows

At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancel with 24 hours' notice or more and there is no charge: anything you have paid is refunded in full, or carried over to your rescheduled appointment. Cancel with less than 24 hours' notice and 50% of the price of the booked treatment is charged. If you do not attend at all, 100% is charged, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show. Free consultations carry no cancellation fee.

How a Cancellation Fee is Collected

A cancellation fee is taken first from what you have already paid, and a deposit is kept against it. Anything left over is refunded to your original payment method. Where the fee is more than you have paid, the difference may be charged to the card held on file for that booking. You are shown the exact amount before you confirm a cancellation. We may reduce or waive a fee for a medical emergency, a bereavement, severe weather that prevents safe travel, or any other circumstance we consider reasonable; ask us in writing within seven days of the appointment. If we cancel or move your appointment, you are never charged and anything you have paid is refunded in full.

Refunds

Refunds for services already provided are not given, except as required by law.

Medical Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency, please seek immediate medical attention by calling local emergency services.

Patient Conduct

Patients must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during all clinic interactions.

Confidentiality

We maintain the confidentiality of all patient information, except as required by law or with the patient's explicit consent.

Liability

Our clinic is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the hair regrowth services provided, except as required by law.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services to any patient for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment, disruptive behaviour, or failure to follow clinic policies and procedures.

Data Protection

At Carisma Hair Clinic in Malta, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our patients' personal data, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws. Personal data is collected for the purpose of providing hair regrowth services, complying with legal obligations, and improving our services.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malta. All disputes will be resolved in the courts of Malta.

Updates

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
